Following a comprehensive redesign of the AskNature website, the Biomimicry Institute needed a distinct branded way to share biological information from AskNature with social media audiences. I extended the initial brand system to create a series of social media-ready science graphics that use annotated photos to reveal the genius of nature and invite viewers to take a closer look. 

I have created over 80 (and counting) of these unique science graphics and established a clear style guide to ensure consistency.

The visual appeal of this series generated significant growth in followers/impressions for the Biomimicry Institute’s Instagram account @biomimicryinstitute.
